“Clean facilities, very pleasant host”

“Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Ryan was great to deal with, very responsive on any questions. Loved the pool and outdoor patio!”

“Upon arrival of our two month stay this is what was missing. No hand towels, no wash cloths, no remote for the TV, no grill, food crumbs and socks in and under the couches, no vacuum cleaner, no swiffer, no way to clean any of the floors, dishwasher not working. The owner said he would take care of these items ASAP but "randomly" fell sick and I was told his team would fix everything. After two weeks and multiple promises, nothing was repaired or supplied. “The house is awesome! The host communication is always on point. I always book this house for my trips to Casa Grande. ”

“This place was so beautiful and relaxing... My family's fell in love with it, that I had to call the host to add another to my check. That how bad we didn't want to leave. So this will be my to go to everytime. Thank you Ryan for all that you provide for me and my family.”

“Wonderful House! Great for a business trip!”

“Great little property for our family of 4. Great location with an open grassy area out the front door and quick/easy access to the pool and workout room! Need a little better directions for first arrival since the door is not facing a roadway. It was a bit hard to find when we first got there but figured it out. Maybe an added map from the front gate to the parking spot and then the walk to the front door.Other than that, everything was great!”

“The host was organized and detailed, clean rooms, kitchen equipment was provided and cleaned utensils. I will book this place any day and anytime.”

“The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.”

“Easy check-in. Perfect space for either 2 couples or 2 individuals. Instructions very clear. Outside area is very nice.Great communication with owner.Would definitely recommend it.”
