"The hotel and staff are nice and its food is excellent, but the layout and signage of the hotel is not very good. There are not that many elevators and not all of them take you to all the floors. Also, the bathrooms in the rooms are very small and uncomfortable although the rooms are big. They keep the housekeeping in the rooms to the bare minimum (make the bed and take the trash out) but they don't really clean well. If you enjoy the beach, don't choose this hotel. It is very rocky, not safe and very small area. We had a good experience with the staff (Sheyla Gomez, Levy, Stephanie) but we would not go back."
