「The entire staff was incredibly hospitable and accommodating, with a special thanks to Jamaica for arranging our transportion, and providing recommendations for restaurants and tours! Our stay in the Ginestra Suite was delightful, complemented by a wonderful pool and an amazing breakfast. Our stay was flawless; however, the steep stairway to access the hotel was a minor inconvenience. 」

「lugar fantástico , insuperable como ubicación, facil de llegar a cualquier lado ya sea a la playa de marina piccola o al centro. excelente la atención , muy amable y simpático Anthony y muy cordial y atenta la señora Imma. Accesorios , vajillas , electrodomésticos todo de lujo . Excelente las camas y la ropa de cama . 「I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was our first time in Capri, but this hotel is very cute and the outdoor dining outside is under a bunch of lemon trees so peaceful. Staff was soooo helpful helping us make dinner reservations and also beach club reservations. Yoli ate in the middle of all the shopping and so conveniently located! Would definitely stay here again. 」

「The staffs are very friendly andcready to assist whenever there is a question. The hotel located in upper mountain but with buses organized by the hotel to drop and pick up from sorento, it's suite convenient. We had a very good time!」

「Recptionist (I think she is the owner) is very friendly & helpful, I arrived early & got the room. Breakfast cafe is nice too. Room is spacious even I booked a single room. Excellent location, 5-10 mins walk to train station and just next to the town center entrance.」

「酒店本来是个大家庭，房间很多，客人就我们一行6个人。正好意大利假期，他们大家庭聚会，很热闹。酒店窗外就是大海，漂亮!房间也舒适，不错。我们到达第一天的晚餐也是在酒店里，性价比很高，大厨应该就是他们家的老爷子，手艺高! 早餐是老婆婆负责的，水果盘上盖了一块布，只有几个干瘪的橘子放在显眼的地方。我要求拿布盖着的香蕉，老婆婆很不高兴的掰了个都已经发黑的递给我。我们用餐的时候，老婆婆很大声的打电话，一点都不理会我们这些客人。果汁，牛奶，酸奶量很充裕，咖啡也有好几个口味。只是，第二天，咖啡机坏了，老婆婆脸色更加难看。以为是温泉，实际上只是一个很小型的带冲浪的游泳池而已，桑拿房也没有暖气。」

「La location é pazzesca, immersa nel verde a picco sul mare. Caterina é stata spettacolare, nella sua genuinità ha reso tutto molto più bello. Grazie per l'accoglienza! Camera bella, sostituire la vasca con una doccia grande, per il resto tutto ok. 」

「Superb!!! Great stay fantastic hotel with magnificent views,but what really makes this hotel special is the staff,quite simply brilliant, friendly helpful and they all go above and beyond to make your stay special.Which really makes this hotel extra special. Special mention to Pietro on reception for helping us out on our late arrival after a very troublesome journey. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough if you are thinking of staying in the area.A hidden gem. Thankyou to all the staff...
