“I am giving a 7 out of 10 rating. I would give it a higher rating, but the inflated "damage deposit " charged by Expedia was not disclosed on the website until the last step of booking. And it wasn't just held as pending in our credit card account; we were charged an excessively high amount immediately and didn't get back the damage deposit for 48 days. We had to wait over 10 days after we checked out to get back the unreasonably high amount which was labeled a damage deposit. This is……

“Enjoyed our stay on Lake Kerr with my family. Beautiful views of the lake from the porch as the sun rose each morning. Nice sandy, shallow entry that allowed us to easily fish, swim, float, and kayak from the property. Close to the trails for riding the side by side as well.”

“Very cute property I was glad that we were the only ones that had rented the house. It would’ve been a little awkward with other people a hot tub saved the day. It was very nice. Cover was very tricky to get back on. Felt like they could’ve spruce up the property of it with some fresh plants. And lots of dead stuff could use a spruce up.”
