“The bed was the most uncomfortable we've ever slept in. The shower had mold in the drain. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and kept going in and out. The hot tub was out of service.”

“Staff wouldn’t answer messages when an issue happened with the booking.”

“First thing noticed upon entering the room was the bathroom toilet. It was obvious that the "moving" ... loose stool had been stabilized ... attempted to ... by use of chalking. CAN NOT BE DONE. The stool not only moved up and down left to right, it also had noticeable movement front to back. I let the front desk know upon receiving a text from the hotel as to my "satisfaction" which I replied to on Saturday. I also stated the hours I would be out celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary thus……

“The place is well-decorated, quaint, clean, and quiet. Nicole was very kind, cheerful, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay very nice and relaxing. The spot is also very convenient, being near to downtown where all the shops are, being next to a small park you can jog at, but still being far away enough from establishments so you have a nice, quiet evening. It was great, I would come back again.”

“My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "Nest" cabin at Horn's Ferry Hideaway. We saw so much great wildlife & beautiful scenery there! It was a comfortable & peaceful haven in the wilderness. The inside of the abode was very well appointed. We had marvelous weather & enjoyed building a fire in the fire pit. Tracy & Hugh were wonderful & very helpful in explaining temp controls in the cabin as well as recommendations for nearby antique stores in (or close to) Pella. We would……

“What a jewel this house is - the history and the care in renovating are phenomenal. I slept upstairs and enjoyed it very much. I love all the windows which allow a lot of light into the house. I was surprised how close it was to the street and we did hear some street noise through the night. The coffee bar was wonderful as was the garden which notes all of the flowers that have been planted. I really enjoyed that.”
