"House was exactly as described on internet. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the water was so nice. Kitchen well stocked, and ice maker in fridge was a plus. Did not use kayaks weather was not the best for outdoors. The host was quick to all our needs. Our 93 year old mom loved it.Thank you to the Baker's ."

"This was our second stay in the cabin, because it has all the conveniences and comfortable touches anyone could wish for in a mountain vacation home. From the well stocked kitchen, to the very comfy chairs in the living room, to the dining table with stunning views over the mountains, to the comfortable bed on the main level. (I can't speak to the other beds, because we didn't use them.) Communication with Michael was great, and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the wildlife that visited the property: wild turkeys, woodpeckers, squirrels, and a flock of guinea fowl (very LOUD birds!). On our previous trip we even saw two deer in the back yard. Be aware that the driveway to the property is very steep, and narrow. Our Honda CRV made it without problems, though. We enjoyed our visit very much and hope to return again some day."

"Amazing host. Amazing property. The perfect location. Secluded but close enough to food and supplies. Beautiful and quiet area that you feel that you are away from everything that you meant to leave behind. Wonderful communication with Kelly. All my questions answered and responded to promptly. Would highly recommend this property. And if this one is an indication of the Hosts attentiveness to to their clients. Then I would highly recommend their other properties as well. "Awesome CLEAN Vrbo. The location is exactly what I needed which was quite peaceful and secluded. We needed to get away and find tranquility. We spent most of our time lounging on the enclosed patio enjoying the fire table. The property has river access. Enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning. Lots to do nearby. Check out the Linville Caverns and Linville falls nearby. Awesome hiking. Host is extremely helpful and communicates promptly. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Will be back!"
