“This would be a great space to have a romantic getaway with your other half. The space was exactly as described and bland is such a wonderful town. The only thing I wish was that they had at least one recliner. Also to the host please replace the window sill on the left side it would be shame to let the termites get into those old logs. Thanks for such a wonderful stay I never expected to find such a clean wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect for a weekend getaway.”

“This was our first Vrbo experience. We stayed 8 nights. The location off of I-81 was perfect. Check in was super easy. The code to the door arrived two days before our trip. I gave 5 stars to communication with the host, but I gave 5 stars because I didn't have a need to communicate with him. Some minor repairs are needed, but other guests mentioned them so I did not feel I had to communicate them as well. I actually prefer the no contact check in because my dog does not care for……

“We had an amazing stay! When we walked in, the house was spotless and so inviting, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Our host was the definition of hospitality, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We loved hiking The Channels and attending the MLB Speedway Classic, even though the game got rained out the first time. A special thanks for the delicious chocolate cake and the thoughtful Bristol Motor Speedway bag. We can’t wait to come back!”

“House is small but mighty. Every space is well utilized and properly stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay down to the Xbox gaming console my teenager was thrilled to see in a remote cabin.”

“The surrounding area to the property is gorgeous and has great potential for a nice place to get away; however, the lack of information prior to arriving was a bit of a let down. Firstly, there was no indication before arriving that the place we would be staying at was currently in the process of being remodeled. Loose insulation, cracks in the ceiling, and tiny pieces of stone/tile on the shower floor were just some of the things noticed. Secondly, please do not advertise a space as pet……

“It was so peaceful and beautiful. My kids and I stayed. We had a lot of fun. We enjoyed using that oven. The sink is cute. I slept on the bottom bunk it was so incredibly comfortable. Enjoyed the porch a great deal. ”

“Mountain side oasis was absolutely wonderful. So quiet and peaceful. Felt like I was away from everything but only minutes to the parkway. Jerry has thought of many extra touches.. fan and sound machine in the bedroom. The hot tub was a plus. Definitely will be staying again when I come back home to visit my family. I wish we would have had more time to spend there but we were just passing through and only stayed one night. Whether you want to do your best impersonation of Henry David Thoreau or get back to basics with the kids you cannot go wrong with this property. The owner is a really nice guy as well. ”
