「During the past week I have had two stays at this hotel. The first as a loan lady traveller and the second with my husband. On my first visit I had had a terrible day and when I checked in I found my room was not to my liking - a personal thing, the room was beautiful but I just didn't feel comfortable. I spoke to the lovely Rhys on reception who was really kind and understanding. He did his very best for me, contact Kate the Manager and sorting me out with one that was exceptional, definitely...

「The apartment was ok. Bedside table broken, bin lid wouldn’t shut. Hairs in bedroom and bathroom Floor dusty, needed a good clean! The worst thing was the noise from the surrounding bars and cafes, booming music all day and most of the evening, couldn’t relax or sit outside 」

「Stayed at Hoopers Hotel for two nights with my wife and baby and had a really nice stay. The room was comfy, we all slept well, and the sea view was lovely. Nice little touches with tea, coffee, snacks, and a ceiling fan to keep the room cool. Even though it’s on a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet. Really good value for money. We would definitely stay again.」

「We were so impressed, it was a last minute booking when we were so exhausted we couldn't drive anymore. The beds were so comfortable, I enjoyed the pool facilities, so clean and well maintained. The restaurant on site had amazing food and even gave us a big tray to bring our food to the room after room service ended. I would recommend to others and stay again. 「We stayed here for one night in the oriental suite, which was huge and more like a small flat with separate sitting area. The hosts were very helpful and informative through out our stay. Breakfast items were provided in the fridge in the room which we liked! It is located in a nice area close to all amenities. We would stay again and maybe try a different room next time.」

「Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. 」
