We were set to arrive during a blizzard and the owner was kind enough to let us get in early so that we didn't have to drive during the worst of the storm. Everything in the house was clean and we'll kept. The owner was absolutely great to work with and we can not recommend him or this property enough. We would definitely return in the future."

"We had a wonderful stay at Red Hawk Landing while in Ripon! The home has all the necessities and more! Everything is clean and organized, the beds were comfy, towels were nice, the kitchen had all of the necessities, and the living room was comfortable and relaxing. The communication we had with the owner was quick and great! We will stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Pros: Good amount of space. Comfy beds Awesome den. Cons: there is only 1 wall air conditioning unit in the house located in the dining room. The 2 upstairs bedrooms got very hot and the only option was to open windows and use the fan (this helped but was still entirely too hot for my comfort). The temps were mild while we were there (low 80's) but it was very hot upstairs. If you are heat sensitive and/or expecting hot temps do not plan on using the 2 upstairs bedrooms. Also, it is 35-40...
