Don't stop at this place. It is not clean. Room was in need of a revamp.
Staff don't care.
Our room was given to someone else before we arrived. Couldn't check in straight away lady on bar didn't know how to check guests in. No food available. Very, very poor experience. Would rate at minus 5 out of 10.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Pub. Website says breakfast but there was none! New landlord. Helpful but not very organised. Clean and small
The bar staff are amazing I cannot knock them but on booking it would have been nice to of been told there was a live band on. My entire room was shaking it was that loud still at 11.30pm at night. We’d booked the room thinking it would be a quiet room away from
The pub. The band may as well of been playing next to my bed it was that loud. It’s not suitable as a hotel room if they’re going to have loud bands on and not inform paying guests. Aside from that the band was actually horrific I thought it was karaoke at one point the lead singer was that tone deaf. I’d of had a better nights sleep laid in the middle of the M1 to be honest!
