「There might be several reasons to stay at the Rack Shack. Ours was the location, not far from Fallingwater which we visited the following morning. Also, the modest price for an entire cabin was appreciated. Visiting from northern Maine we were right at home with the antlers and taxidermy. And if you look past the furry decor you'll see that the building is far from a shack....it's finished nicely, all buttoned up, clean and comfy. Quite secluded, with nice a outdoor area, along a dirt...

「The staff excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Extremely warn and in need of renovation but clean and everything worked. Bed was comfortable and bedding nice Bath towels very nice.
The food was absolutely terrible in the 2 restaurants we tried. This is why I couldn’t give an overall 5 star. 」

「The loft was just the prescription that two very tired people needed! The cozy atmosphere, and beautiful decor made it such a great place to rest. My husband loved the pond and caught so many fish! We took a few “day trips” to nearby attractions and ate at several restaurants in town, such good food!!!! 」

「The main problem was the lack of privacy with the ceiling between the two bedrooms being wide open. You could literally hear someone passing gas in the other room., and we were just two women. I can’t imagine if two couples were there. Otherwise everything was clean and we enjoyed the stay.」
