“Very large apartment, 2 good size bedrooms with huge sitting and clean. Good for family stay. Close to National Museum and the seafront, just 10mins walk, also 12 mins walk to Willis Street where many good eateries. Very friendly and welcoming hotel staff. Wish there is more lighting in the sitting/dinner area. ”

“I read some reviews from last year that were condemning, there appears to be work happening since then. 1It was clean, beds in new condition and comfortable. Bathroom, clean and tidy, may have had work done as well. New sliding door, all windows appear new, front door very tidy. Carpet up stairs needs replacing, stairs are a bit wobbly. No toaster in kitchen and lack of cutlery, no sharp knife. Crockery and glasses in good condition. I feel it is good value for money and l know a few things to……

“The room was okay, it was stuffy (the windows can’t really be opened - they are old and sticky and there is lot of street noise), a bit dingy (little stains and rips in the bedspread, smelled of old cigarettes) and the walls are thin (heard lots of coming and going and activity in other rooms). There is no interaction with staff and the rooms aren’t serviced. I wouldn’t recommend unless there is truly nothing else available. Better than a shared dorm.”

“Customer service was great with clear check-in instructions and also was very accommodating in allowing an early check in 😊 Affordable and in the best central location with secure entry and exit into the building. The accommodation was a nice space with a balcony My only feedback is that: - check in email only arrived a few hours before check which made it difficult to plan ahead and find the best parking building or locate where the building was at all as there isn’t any signage. - it……
