The property is gorgeous, truly a jewel in the New District. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet. "I have been coming to Istanbul regularly and honestly couldn’t believe I hadn’t stayed here before. It is everything you would want in a 5 star hotel — Service was top notch from everyone in the hotel staff (front desk, concierge, house keeping etc..), rooms were big, spacious and clean. Hotel facilities were modern and well kept. The location is very nice in Besiktas — you can walk and taxis are available easily. All in all i would highly recommend! Special thanks to Bulent and Mehmet for their warm welcome."

"Seven Hills Hotel delivers one of the most iconic experiences in Istanbul. The rooftop offers absolutely breathtaking views of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia — an unmissable spot for photos, whether you're staying there or just stopping by. Service is top-notch. The staff are genuinely friendly, and the rooftop restaurant team, especially the waitresses, go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Meals are very reasonably priced, and the included Turkish breakfast is enormous and authentically prepared. I arrived early, and while my room wasn’t ready, Fatma and the front desk team worked hard to accommodate me. When the check-in took longer than expected, they generously upgraded me to their top suite — complete with Hagia Sophia views and an in-room spa. It was a perfect gesture and made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended. Would return without hesitation."

"Excellent location and impeccable service. Close to metro station at Taksim square accessible to all major attractions. Staff at check in Desk went above and beyond. Concierge very helpful to arrange Bosporus cruise . Breakfast was fantastic and was included in the room, it is a standard in Istanbul. Very nice people and beautiful city. Will definitely come back and stay with intercontinental again. One of the best stays with Expedia over the past 5 years and maybe 10 years."
