“Overall Bulton is a very clean hotel. The service want the best . we ordered dinner and while we were the only customers in the restaurant , it took us an hour to get food . Despite waiting an hour , the food wasn’t the best . We also called reception as our tv remote wasn’t working . They stated they would send someone up in 10 minutes and no one came .”

“Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.”
