ツインルームを予約したのにダブルベット1と簡易ベッドだった。簡易ベッドのクッションは最悪でした。隣のホテルが解体中で凄い騒音で景色は壊れかけのホテルの壁だけ。何も見えない。ルームキーも一つだけ。シャワーの水圧はとても弱い。朝食に美味しいものはなく、毎日同じメニュー。駅までは11分位。ベッドでダニに何箇所も食われた。古いホテルは良くないと思った。

Great location. Very good street. Walk to all main attractions in old town. So you can go at night as well as during the day. Close to tram as well to get to grand bazaar just a few stops and then shop big. Awesome 2 rooms linked for a family.

Der Portier Ali war sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Aber auch der Concierge, dessen Namen ich nicht weiß, war auch sehr nett und fleißig. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr höflich und freundlich. Wir hatten Zimmer 404. Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden, der Rest war ok. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und es gab genug Auswahl.

ist kein 5sterne Hotel! W-Lan war im ersten Stockwerk nicht mehr vorhanden! Frühstück war sehr spartanisch, kein gutes Brot!!, keine Abwechselung! Im Bad immer wieder übler Geruch! Lobby und Personal waren aber sehr sehr net. Hotel war sauber, täglich frisch. maximal 3,5 Stern!

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personal möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Es wird grossen Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Das Hotel insgesamt ist allerdings ein wenig "altbacken". Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Die Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel werden leider nicht erfüllt.

We love the location of this hotel the staff couldn't do enough for us and we're very helpful especially at reception and the dining staff. That room was comfortable and spacious and very large bed .tea and coffee in the room was excellent

Hôtel très bien situé bénéficiant d'un personnel attentionné, d'une ambiance familiale et d'un bon confort. Loin de l'anonymat des hotels internationaux, on retrouve ici l'ambiance tranquille des petites pensions de famille avec un style que certains peuvent trouver désuet mais qui fait tout son charme. Splendide vue depuis la terrasse où l'on peut s'installer pour siroter un verre ou feuilleter un livre en toute quiétude. Merci pour cet agréable séjour !
