馬拉喀什什希弗內吉酒店住宿推介

「Movenpick h」

「The main building of the property, the gardens and the restaurants are all very well maintained. It feels like an oasis in the desert. The room we stayed in was a Ksar and the layout is well suited to a family. The quality of food and beverages were certainly up to standard. We tried two of the restaurants and they were both very good in terms of quality. The gym and spa were great. The areas that require attention: The service. We just found this to be very mixed. 「Le personnel a l’écoute professional, très aimable」

「Clean, very good breakfast, good location」

「It’s a very charming place with terrific amenities. The restaurant is fantastic. All the food is very good & has different musicians every day. The property is very peaceful & pretty. A little old in the rooms. Could use better mattress & a bit of updates on furniture. But it’s a great place to be. A bit far from Medina, but you can hear the birds signing, so it’s very quiet & serene.」

「Equipment Old. The breakfast can piss you off from the very begining of the day」

「very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. 」

「酒店設計得好，泳池很大，早餐豐富，房間衛生很好，有露台。另一邊是Palace，裡面有一所spa，spa pool拍好好看，還有一家非常隱蔽的意大利餐廳叫othello，可以靜靜的用餐！」

「Excellent staff and very good place」

「舒适，早餐好，位置一流」

「Bra personal och bra service」

Ils sont tous au top, très professionnels et toujours soucieux du bien-être des clients. Nous reviendrons très prochainement avec grand plaisir.」

「Check in was poor. Food in the restaurant (while we were waiting to check in) was poor. Breakfast was good. But overall a poor experience relative to the money we paid.」

On Nov 22 morning, I talked to the hotel again that their heating system was not fixed and we must therefore change a room. The hotel replied that it was fully booked but they had some upgrade room and offered that we...
