“The house was very well furnished and clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. However, the Air conditioning in the main area and one of the rooms were not operational. I expressed my concern to the staff, but they said that it will eventually work once we let it run for few hours. We went to visit the town and when we came back, the house was very hot and the room was boiling. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, just the AC issue that kinda ruined the experience. “If you dont have a car, dont stay here! its easily 20 mins to get anywhere and taxis are expensive even if you haggle. the rooms dont look exactly like pictures on Expedia but the property is beautiful and I am grateful they were able to help me alter my booking without any fuss. ”

“Riad is around 5’ walking to the famous square and express airport bus 19 stop/taxi/tour pickup point. However it’s surprising quiet due to locate in a typical walking alley in Marrakech. The server breakfast lady and gentleman are so nice, even they are so busy early in the morning to serve multiple guests hurrying to catch the early tour departing. I asked if I can have an early quick coffee/breakfast at 7:30am (before 8am normal hour) and they are so kindly prepared before my early tour.……
