「This is a good deal for the money. Room is not huge but adequate. Mini fridge and microwave work well. I think they even had a stove but I didn't use it. Mini-split unit AC worked well. My only negative is that they have a lounge area but they tell you to keep the door closed so the AC doesn't go in that room, to save them money on the bill.
