Very peaceful, located on a hill with sea view and acres of olive trees and caper orchards. Few cottages around. Possibilities of long walks completely absorbed in a countryside that so much resembles Sicily of the old days.Three small island located on a lagoon with warm water,at about 5 km far, and Mozia ,among them, is a Fenician archeological site of the VI century bc. Its museum is well known for the 'giovinetto di Mozia' one of the best preserved greek statue of the VI century bc. The house is equipped with air condition,a washing machine, a tv. and garden armchairs.

Extra cost: 50 euro to be paid cash at the check in for cleaning fees

Relax in casa di campagna

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in collina nella campagna di Marsala per 5 giorni. La casa è come nella descrizione, dotata di tutte le comodità, attrezzata e accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato davvero molto l' area esterna della veranda con tavolo e comode sedie. Questa zona della casa permette di fare colazioni e cene in tranquillità godendo della vista del mare in lontananza. Antonietta, la proprietaria ci ha dato una grossa mano per gli spostamenti e la logistica ed è stata così gentile da preparare melone fresco e acqua per il nostro arrivo oltre ad un piatto tipico per una cena del nostro soggiorno. Posto perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità e pace a pochi km dal mare; l'auto però è necessaria per ogni spostamento. Grazie mille per la vacanza!

Ein sauberes Domizile

Wir haben hier schöne ruhige Urlaubstage verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber und die Vermieterin Antonietta liebenswert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist funktionell eingerichtet. Einige Renovierungen in der Küche sind angeraten, dennoch ist alles notwendige ausreichend vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist von der Mentalität West-Sizilien geprägt. In 30 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt haben wir einen wunderschönen Sandstrand (Lido Signorino) gefunden. Ein kleiner Mietwagen ist absolut notwendig. Oft haben wir in den umliegenden Orten sehr enge Straßen passieren müssen (Außenspiegel eingeklappt).

Bellissima Vacanza

Io e mia mogli abbiamo soggiornato preso la casa della Signora Antonietta dall'11 al 30 Agosto. Siamo stati veramente bene, la casa è in una posizione tranquilla, gode di una bella vista e soprattutto di uno splendido giardino frontale ( di cui ci siamo presi cura per nostra spontanea decisione ) e di un terreno sul retro altrettanto bello con una splendida vista. Lo spazio sia interno che esterno e veramente confortevole in particolare il patio attrezzato dove ci siamo potuti rilassare al fresco, fare delle bellissime colazioni e delle splendide cene. La casa è presentata nell'annuncio come casa contadina, e come tale si presenta, non si deve quindi aspettare una proprietà lussuosa, ma una residenza per chi ama la semplicità, la tranquillità e la natura, la Signora possiede anche due splendidi gattini che vista la nostra disponibilità ha lasciato nella proprietà, è stato bello prendersene cura. Che dire della Signora Antonietta, gentilissima disponibilissima e molto simpatica, ha cucinato per noi ottimi piatti tipici, ci ha fatto gustare alcune specialità del posto e alla partenza ci ha donato una piccola pianta di limone che mia moglie voleva comperare, in conclusione possiamo dire che è stata una vacanza meravigliosa grazie alle bellezze delle Sicilia ma anche e specialmente per l'ospitalità di Antonietta che ci ha fatto sentire veramente come a casa O

Séjour à Marsala du 10 au 31 juillet

Belle maison de l'extérieur avec un joli terrain mais très vieillot à l'intérieur. Bien placée pour se rendre à la plage et excursions (besoin de voiture) . Un nettoyage pas assez profond dans la maison notamment dans la cuisine et surtout la vaisselle et le linge de maison défraîchit. Dans chaque pièce problème de fourmis. Pas de WI FI et équipement annoncé pas présent (four à micro onde, grille-pain, vélos, équipements pour sports d'eau, fer à repasser cassé). Bien prévoir un supplément à régler pour l'électricité si on dépasse les KW mise à disposition (attention à l'utilisation de la clim). On a trouvé la propriétaire à plusieurs reprises à l'intérieur de la propriété en rentrant! Obligés de s'occuper des ses chats

Antonietta est une hôtesse très attentionnée, nous avons été reçu très chaleureusement, elle nous avait même préparé des petites choses à manger durant notre séjour dont un délicieux pesto. La maison est agréable et confortable. Nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver. Merci Antonietta.

Vacanze in quel di Marsala

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 23 al 30 Giugno. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo potuto conoscere la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria la quale al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare in frigo una bottiglia d'acqua, una di vino e della frutta pronta da mangiare. Anche durante il soggiorno ci ha deliziato con una specialità del posto. La casa è molto accogliente con un ampio patio. I locali sono ampi, la cucina ben attrezzata. L'abitazione, si trova in una zona collinare circondata da un giardino .

Lovely stay in Marsala

A very friendly and generous greeting from the host with some welcome treats and a very delicious home made meal provided mid week. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood approx 3-4 miles outside of Marsala with lovely views. You will need a car to get around of course. A bit of advice would be not to get a big car as the driveway is quite narrow and steep (having said that given some of the very narrow streets in Marsala and other surrounding towns there’s a very good reason to stick to as small a car as you can get away with). A spacious homely property in an ideal location for exploring western Sicily.

Nous aurions aimé passer beaucoup plus de temps dans cette très jolie maison tranquille et surtout sur la magnifique terrasse. Antonietta nous a accueilli avec un large sourire et des petites douceurs qui nous ont aidé à oublier la météo capricieuse. Nous avons également dégusté une exquise spécialité sicilienne, de sa préparation. Si nous avons un jour l'opportunité de revenir à Marsala, nous reviendrons à coup sûr chez Antonietta.

Schön und relaxed

Die Gastgeberin war mehr als nur gastfreundlich, hat uns zur Begrüßung Anitpasta und Wein serviert und unter der Woche noch typische sizilianische Gerichte vorbei gebracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar abgelegen, aber dafür sehr ruhig und mit einem großen Garten ausgestattet, wo man am Abend über dem Haus zwischen Olivenbäumen seinen Rotwein trinken kann.

Una vacanza a tutto relax

La casa si trova in una zona fuori dal traffico e dalla confusione. Veranda e casa non rendono in foto perchè dal vivo sono ancora più belle. Nella zona belvedere ci siamo goduti il cielo stellato e lo spettacolo dei temporali all'orizzonte. Nonostante l'estate calda e afosa, in veranda si gode sempre di aria fresca e ventilata e che dire dell'accoglienza della padrona di casa che fa di tutto per farti sentire a tuo agio. Arrivati stanchissimi alla sera dal viaggio, essere accolti con la cena quasi fatta ed un vino bianco fresco di frigo...non ha prezzo; oltretutto abbiamo potuto assaggiare alcuni piatti tipici grazie al fatto che è pure una brava cuoca. Sono state davvero vacanze molto rilassanti e che mi sento di consigliare vivamente a chiunque non abbia problemi a fare uso della macchina e a chiunque non abbia problemi ad avere un minimo di attenzione a non lasciare incustoditi avanzi o resti di cibo non chiusi bene perchè purtroppo, stando fuori città, il problema del randagismo si fa sentire ma con un po' di attenzione è un fenomeno gestibile.

Assolutamente da consigliare questa casa ampia con uno splendido e panoramico giardino

Sono stata insieme a mio marito e nostra figlia di dieci anni che si è divertita molto grazie anche alla possibilità di giocare nello splendido giardino della casa, molto ampio, attrezzato, con una pergola che consente di restare fuori anche nelle ore calde, arieggiato e soprattutto panoramico. La casa si trova in una buona posizione per visitare la zona e per raggiungere il mare, è ampia e confortevole. La propietaria, signora Antonella, molto gentile, ha reso il nostro soggiorno di quindici giorni veramente piacevole, viziandoci anche con gustose pietanze tipiche fatte da lei. l

Sizilien pur

Der Urlaub hier war wunderschön und ist sehr zu empfehlen für Urlauber, die sich etwas zurückziehen und entspannen möchten. Ein Highlight ist der Hochsitz auf dem Grundstück mit seinen fantastischen Weitblick auf die Umgebung bis hin zum Meer. Auf der großen Terrasse mit dem schön angelegten Garten konnten wir sehr viel Zeit im Freien verbringen. Das Haus hat sehr geräumige Zimmer und ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche bot Alles um selbst darin tätig sein zu können. An Sauberkeit hat es hier nicht gefehlt. Nicht zu vergessen ist die ausgesprochen freundliche und großzügige Art der Gastgeberin des Hauses. Viele interessante Tipps hat unsere Freizeitgestaltung und das Aufsuchen von bestimmten Orten sehr erleichtert. Die Verständigung in englischer Sprache war hierfür ausgesprochen gut. Vielen herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeberin. Wir werden unseren Urlaub in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten.

Wonderful house with great view

We stayed a few days in the Villa and loved it. The house has all u need, a nicely decorated living room, great kitchen and a great terasse to spend lots of time on it. The neighborhood is really quiet, almost no traffic. Antonietta the owner is a lovely host and provides u with all necessary information, is always there for help and she is lovely. We spend wonderful days at the house and slept perfectly. We can strongly recommend to rent this house. We will come back to Marsalla and the villa. Thank u o much Antonietta!

Très belle maison au calme

Très belle maison au calme et bien située pour visiter la Sicile Africaine, il faut une voiture. Antonella est très agréable et elle nous a préparé des succulents plats siciliens que nous avons appréciés, elle parle très bien le français, je vous recommande sa jolie maison...
