「Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist top und es war auch nicht zu laut. Die Immobilie jedoch ist eine Katastrophe, und wenn sie der Vermieterin gehört, sollte sie diese schleunigst zeitgemäß modernisieren. Wenn ihr nur das Appartment, das vermietet wird, gehört, sollte sie wenigstens diese auf den neuesten Stand bringen und nicht nur mit IKEA-Charme auisstatten.
