「The property is gorgeous, well-furnished, and clean. We loved the baked goods samples! The separation into two separate units worked for us in general. The only glitch was that we were originally locked out of the lower floor, but a phone call resolved the issue quickly. The location is convent to town and to Biltmore.」

「The Great Aspen Chateau was a great place for a large family gathering. We had 12 adults, a teenager, a 3year old and an infant with plenty of beds and comfortable space for everyone. We drove from 3 states with 5 cars, and it was no problem parking them. Entry to the property was easy and Kelly’s directions to the house were great. Kelly was great to work with and readily available for questions. The roads to the property were paved and easier to drive on than other mountain rentals we have...

「Felt like home. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Lots to do just minutes away. Great home base for laid back morning, afternoon, or all day excursions - all the shops in downtown Waynesville, the Parkway, Christopher Farms, Lake Junaluska, all highly recommended.」

「The property was very nice, and as described. Communication and assistance was quick when needed. It was a quick drive to downtown, the arts district, or waterfall hikes. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.」

「We came for a family vacation and had a wonderfuk time! The beds are all comfy! There was a place for everyone to gather or scatter comfortably. The sunsets are out of this world! Be prepared to use Natures AC, if you open all the windows and majn doors ut very pleasant. In July it was mid 60s every morning! The community has alot to do. Bring fishing poles to fish if you want. The house is almost 30 mins from the closest town and up at the top of the mountain. Get necessities before arriving! 」
