馬歇爾縣出租公寓

「One of the only properties left for graduation weekend but it did the job just fine! The place is very clean, beds were comfortable, and it was in a location for everything we needed. Was pretty expensive but we were aware because of graduation weekend that would be with any place we could get! We had a minor issue checking in but the host was on it immediately and it all worked out great!」

「Happy with our stay 」

「Great location, very nice property. Clean, except the pots and pans. We had to scrub them before we could use them. No spices there as well, if you plan to cook there bring your own spices 」

「We had a comfortable stay at this home. The beds were cozy, and the host was very responsive and friendly throughout the process. The house served its purpose for our trip, but it’s clear that the property has seen some use. A few maintenance issues stood out: one of the upstairs lamps was missing a knob and couldn’t be turned on, and the largest burner on the stove wasn’t working, which made cooking a bit less convenient. Overall, it was a functional space and met our needs, but a few updates...

「This was a convenient location to UND but there was traffic noise.」

「The check in process was sketch - bldg and rooms did match expectations from listing. However, once in the actual apartment it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Owner was helpful and accommodating to help ensure we felt safe and satisfied. Appreciated that. 」
