"The appartment hotel is located about 100 m from the St. Charles railway and bus station, the Marseille transportation hub. The rooms face the railway station and there is noise, especially if you need to open the windows. The airconditioning did not work and even ventilation could not be activated, because of a strong stench that came within the installation. "We travelled for the RWC and check in time was 1500. We turned up and the rooms weren't ready and the receptionist had to personally go and check each room individually. It took nearly 30 mins to check in and there were c.20 people waiting behind us. They were simply not ready for a large number of people turning up. Rooms were basic but clean and there was little noise outside of the hotel and with a metro station outside location was good "

"Where do I start after booking this supposed villa advertised as 6 bedroom we discovered it was in fact 4 bedroom with sofa beds in living area, adjacent to another house We sent sereval messages to owner responses took weeks and some questions remained unanswered. The owner was not at the villa on night of arrival to greet us, instead was at a party while we we're lost in a transfer in the woodlands, took multiple attempts to contact him, he wasnt very helpful. "This property would be better for a summer stay so guests could enjoy the pool and the grounds. We liked being in a bit of a rural setting while still within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We also liked having laundry facilities available. There were little ants in our room on the floors so keeping the room immaculate is important. "
