“Room’s cleaning standards were very basic. Room for some improvement there it would benefit for sure. Very minor issues found with one or two ants I found in the room, and some foreign hairs on bedding on the first day, checking in. The kitchen and bathroom again require more monitoring/cleaning before use, as they’re shared, but given the prices of the rooms it isn’t unreasonable to expect guests to tidy up after themselves. “Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.”

“I recently visited with my husband and baby for a weekend away. We had a brilliant stay in the Montana log cabin! The place was spotless on arrival and styled beautifully. We particularly loved the outdoor tub, as well as the seating area at the front with gorgeous sunset views. Easy check in and check out process. We had no issues with hot water as there is a gas boiler in this cabin. The only reason for 4 stars was because of basic essentials missing on arrival - no bin bag, hand soap,……

“Great apartment in a decent location, but it was badly let down by basic attention to detail. The portable AC appeared to vent hot air back into the room instead of outside, leaving the space uncomfortably hot overnight. With no windows that could be opened and very poor lumpy pillows, it became one of the most uncomfortable nights away from home I can remember...and I travel alot.”
