Two Bedroom Loft in historic Martindale

1. All Lofts (Skylark, Roadster, Coupe & Century Eight) other than Aero Dynamic are allowed a maximum of four (4) guests. The maximum number of guests for Aero Dynamic is five (5).

2. The minimum age for the primary renter is twenty-five (25).

3. No parties or events are allowed. Small gatherings of ten (10) individuals per loft are permitted.

4. No pets other than service animals.

5. Children and infants are permitted.

6. No smoking anywhere in any of Lofts or second floor hallway and stairs. Smoking is permitted outside, on the private balconies of Century Eight and Aero Dynamic

7. No open flames of any type are allowed in any Loft
