“Very clean, comfortable and felt like home. Very convenient to USC Aiken. Was only 32 minutes to the Augusta Mall. Nice patio in the back yard. The neighbors were also nice. ”

“As we entered the house we experienced dirty floor; dirt and food waste was on the floor! As we went to look at the bedrooms, we experienced smell of pet urine / waste- the smell was unbearable, as we entered bathroom we saw dirty clothes on the sink, bloddy underware on the sink! One bedroom didnt have bed, other bedrooms had unwashed bedsheets and blankets- seemed like some was leaving there and left just 10 mins before we arrived- also the house was locked ! Owner clamed they spent $2000 for……

“The huge plus for this rental is location..8 min away from Augusta National. It was in a nice, safe,and quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Furnishings are modern. Minimal is the key word. A few more touches: extra towels, hand soaps at the basins, shampoo and conditioner in front shower, nicer shower curtains. I would recommend this rental.”
