“My husband & I stayed 4 days.The apartment was spotless.Beds very comfortable.Small park opposite so not overlooked.Kitchen well equipped although a few dishwasher tablets would’ve been welcome.Nice to have some tea bags/coffee/ sugar & milk very welcome on arrival.The lift goes straight into the apartment.For us an elderly couple it was appreciated although bear in mind there are a number of steps up to the front door,there is a hand rail.The Cliff Railway is at the bottom of the road.Easy……

“The apartment was very well fitted out, the staff were lovely very helpful, it is a little far from town and took us a while to find the local supermarket, maybe some instructions on how to work the job and parking was an issue, we went out for the day and had to park quite a walk away, but on the whole we loved it and were very comfortable 😊”

“This is our third visit to the cottage and like the garden and space. It's also very accessible for Whitby, the Abbey is always worth a visit and the town is a delight to wander through.”

“needed a well needed rest after a busy year.After a long search of hotels around york we found this beautiful cottage just outside york,and needless to say it was just what we needed.lovely cottaged estate.we booked the 3 bedroomed cottage,fairview i think it was called.beautiful inside and out.no expense spared on the inside,very relaxing.we are already thinking about booking next year.would highly recommend.”

“This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back ”

“Good location but not for car parking.Didnt realise it was on the top floor (my mistake) my back certainly didnt thank me.Cleanliness the rug was dirty and underer the sink was very dirty.Only one glass.But brilliant view of the pitch and near enough to town and the outside theatre.”

“Clean, spacious property with two ample bedrooms, a large lounge and a well equipped kitchen on one floor and a toilet and shower room (with a good shower) on the floor below. Nice touches included a bottle of milk in the fridge and charging points at both sides of the comfy beds”
