"Es ist eine sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Zimmer sind hell mit großen Fenstern. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Wir waren zwischen den Jahren da, es hat geschneit und wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn wir die schöne große Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten. Die Gastgeber sind entspannt und total freundlich. In Winsen-Innenstadt gibt es genügend Geschäfte, Bäcker etc. alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden."

Von Vahendorf aus haben wir schöne Radtouren in die Umgebund und nach Hamburg gemacht.Leider fanden Sanierungsarbeiten statt die nach einem Brand im letzten Jahr in Nachbarhaus und im Haus in der die Ferienwohnung liegt durchgeführt wurden. Es war leider dadurch laut und unruhig so dass sich die Urlaubserholung in Grenzen hielt ."

"Pros: Die Aufmachung und das Ambiente, welches geschaffen wurde. Die Willkommes-Mail, welche alle notwendigen Informationen, Hinweise und Wegbeschreibungen enthielt. Alles vorhanden auf engen Raum. Alles in allem, ein gelungenes Erlebnis mit Tiefgang. Cons: Stolpergefahr auf dem Steg, durch herumliegende Kabel. Genauerer Hinweis in Beschreibung, bezgl. Duschsituation wären wünschenswert. Verbesserung der Beleuchtungssituation auf dem Steg."

"Pros: Das Ambiente ist traumhaft. Für uns ist es klar, dass wir nächstes Mal wieder ein Hausboot mieten werden, wenn wir nach Hamburg kommen. Cons: Mit dem ÖV (spricht mit dem Bus ab Bahnhof) kamen wir nicht wirklich zurecht. Wir sind keine Stadtmenschen und sind uns überhaupt nicht gewohnt mit dem ÖV unterwegs zu sein. Für uns war es am Einfachsten mit der Regiobahn zu Fahren und dann zu Fuss zum Hausboot. Die 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss war für uns kein Problem."

"Arrived and travelled in from Hamburg central station, Berlinner Torr is nearest station . At time of review there is an awful lot of road works and rebuilding of the transport hub there. This meant lugging suitcases up and down about 70 steps. However if you go out the hub and further along main road there's a cut through in a park with ramps. Hotel staff friendly and helpful and place was spotless, nice modern contemporary vibe to the place. Breakfast was great with a large buffet selection of hot and cold foods. Enough to get you started in the morning. Could do with tea and coffee making facilities in your room, that's the only negative I could find about this place."
