"We had to wait for someone to show up to check in. We finally checked in. Rooms very basic. Needing a lot of attention especially the bathroom. We stayed 4 nights and requested the room to be made up everyday. It never got done. We had to request clean towels on the second night. The shower was good then the water went really hot. Overall disappointed "

"Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay but wasn’t 4 beds as advertised. One of us slept on the couch. Lawn was overgrown and difficult to carry up luggage. There were a few hairs on the sheets and toilet upon inspection on arrival. The master suite was very nice!"

"The property is beautiful and well kept. The view from one of the three walk out decks gives you a breath taking view of the mountains. The other two decks give you amazing views of nearby wildlife. While at the cabin, we didn't see one other neighbor the entire week. I think to top it off, the best part was the location. The cabin sits right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. "Great place! Close to the great smokies, nice deck, little swimming pool and hot tub which is fantastic for kids. Managers super responsive. Just to note if you have young kids – the kitchen table and the beds are high up off the ground which can be a bit challenging for toddlers. For the cost, would be nice if the property supplied trash bags and supplies for the entire day, rather than just starter kits. Mattress in master bed could use replacement. Otherwise, wonderful stay!"

"Great location in Pigeon Forge. We had a room on the first floor close to the indoor and outdoor pools and the office. Parked right in front of our room! Hot tub and pools were great! I loved that our room was refreshed daily with fresh towels and our beds were made! Very nicely priced for our 3 night stay! Beds were comfy too, I would recommend this hotel even tho it could use a little renovation! "
