“First of all, the pool is neither in the apartment building nor next to it — it’s about a 5-minute walk away. In our case, we didn’t even receive the key to access it and only found out after asking.Secondly, there is no private parking, despite the listing saying otherwise. You’ll need to park on the street.On the positive side, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the area itself is very quiet.That said, I would not stay here again, as the apartment description is misleading.”

“Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. The room is extremely well equipped for self-catering and the balcony was enormous alongside having a roof top terrace, which was absolutely an added bonus, especially useful for early evenings, when the sun was going down. “Hôtel bien placé. Parking gratuit. Hôtel très propre et appartement super équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Bouteille de champagne au frais à notre arrivée... L'ensemble du personnel a été adorable. Réception ouverte 24/24. Un petit buffet aurait été un vrai plus ! Nous avons également profité des prestations du spa : massage en duo, head spa et manucure. De tarifs très intéressant et surtout un personnel à l'écoute, gentilles et très douce. Je recommande les yeux fermés !!”
