“The House on Chase Creek is absolutely amazing! My husband and I are celebrating our 20th anniversary and I’ve been telling him about Shelter Island literally for almost 40 years. Well we finally made it and the trip, the home, the welcoming of my dog, was all so just so welcoming and nice. Bill, the proprietor, took great care to answer any questions and tell us about the Island. Then we enter the most immaculate room, as clean as the ritz! I mean it…I broke a glass by my nightstand and had to……

“An absolute gem. Came for a quiet getaway and the perfect storm of calmness. Will is a wonderful host, making sure I was welll taken care of and focusing on every detail. He made sure I was able to check in and reach him during a winter storm and was readily available. The place is wonderful and filled with lots of fireplaces and room amenities that feel spa like and warm. Best night sleep I’ve had in a cloud of pillows and bed, in such a long time. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. ”

“Newly Renovated and extremely clean, well kept, and inviting rooms. Staff could not be nicer and more accommodating. Location is ideally situated close to lots of shops, Goldbergs for bagels, East Hampton Beaches etc. Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in the area.”

I was not expecting the most luxury nor up to date hotel after reading some reviews but as long as it was clean i was satisfied. Well, i booked the small room and i was very pleased, it was immaculately clean, the sheets were super soft, and all pressed. This will be my regular place every time I need to travel to this area. I am.glad I found it and i didn't break the bank to stay in The Hamptons. ”
