The acclaimed Mashpee Commons are only a 4 mile drive to enjoy boutique shopping, other premium restaurants, bars, theater, bowling and grocery stores.
Walk to Fells Pond/Jim Pond (freshwater) and its' small beach, 2/10 of a mile down the road for a morning or evening swim. This is a great area to take the little ones to splash and swim as it has a nice shallow area.
The property is a corner lot and with entrances on Fells Pond Road and Broomstick Way, a cul de sac road which is great for younger children with bikes, skateboards, rollerblades due to reduced traffic.
The home is an open style enabling those in the kitchen to communicate and see those in the living room or dining room. Families and friends can still socialize when eating, cooking or just relaxing.
All linens are provided for bedding and bath. Each bathroom has a liquid soap dispenser. Additionally, each bathroom has a toiletry set. Two rolls of toilet paper are supplied for each bathroom.
In the kitchen, there are all the pots (including large lobster pot-located in the pantry on the floor), pans, dishes and utensils you might need to cook up most any type of meal. In addition to the gas cook top range and oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, the kitchen has a microwave, Mr. Coffee 12 cup coffee maker, tea pot, toaster and blender and a gas Weber barbeque is on the deck. We supply you with dish detergent, 14 dishwasher detergents and trash bags for the kitchen. For your beach adventures we supply you with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a tote.
