This house was clearly not cared for in the recent past. Upon entering, you are hit with a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke and a musty, damp scent and feel that is worst in the bedrooms and awful in the basement where the air hockey table is. As for enjoying the outdoor space, The lawn was not mowed and there was not an ounce of effort out into the landscaping or fire pit area. The outdoor shower, which we looked forward to using, was overgrown with weeds and was not hooked up to a water source. In addition, there was an ant problem in the kitchen whereby any piece of food left for a few minutes on the counter would be covered in tiny ants. Carpenter ants could be found on the walls and on the floor, as well. This house looks as though it was given a paint job and adorned with new beach decor to look appealing in photographs for renters but in actuality is dirty, eerie and unwelcoming. We were very disappointed, as the square footage and location were appealing at first glance and the house has potential to be great for families. I would never use this property again.

Cute house! Definitely has a lot to offer There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. Giant backyard. Gorgeous deck. Gorgeous kitchen with lots of space to cook and have people hang out. Really comfortable couch to sit and watch TV. Parking in the garage and in the driveway was easy. However, the AC is window units and not all of them were working. One of the bedrooms did not have AC. The living room AC was not turning on and the bedroom AC was leaking water (which they knew about and were actively attempting to fix). The toilet in the upstairs bathroom occasionally leaked. It felt like this was a quick flip for a high volume rental property. Makes sense, as that is what it is.
