"Room was ocean view. Most excellent sly All staff were kind and helpful. Ate at restaurant several times. Last time was large dinner group for family celebration. Staff was just great all the way around. Special shout out to day server. Older woman with gray hair. Terrible with names but she has a special place for her kindness. Thanks for all"

"The room was very clean and neat. When we allowed housekeeping to come in to our room they did exactly what we needed, clean sheets and towels. Staff was always friendly and helpful and the fresh hot coffee always available in the lobby was wonderful."

"Best location by far on the strip! Restaurant has been out of food and outdated this trip and last. Actually went up the street to the holiday in and ate at Solstice. Made me question, do I want the furthest end of the beach or amenities?.. Yes Shell Island needs to step thier game up. Could be the best spot, they just dont know how to run it.. Amenities are key. They served us can beverages at $4 at dinner, no tiki bar as advertised, Great for older people like me, but not if you're fun and want to stay here the whole time.. Should be labeld as a hotel and not a "resort". Talking with people on the elevator, they felt the same..... This place is gold mine if ran by the right people.. Wish they gave me shot to make it happen..."
