Herbstferien

Wir hatten zu Beginn der Ferien zu wenig Strom, die Sicherungen sind regelmässig ausgefallen. Die Klimaanlage konnte daher zum Heizen nicht genutzt werden, wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und es war in der Wohnung kühl. Wir hatten ebenfalls zu Beginn der Woche praktisch kein Warmwasser. Ein Techniker musste vor Ort kommen um diesen Sachverhalt zu bereinigen. In der Mitte der Woche ging uns auch noch das Gas aus, es musste wieder jemand kommen. Das Haus ist zwar gross und schön, aber für diesen Preis hätten wir bezüglich Grundversorgung mehr erwartet. Aufgrund der oben erwähnten Umständen, hatten wir dem Vermittler vorgeschlagen, dass er uns mit einem Pizza-Abend entschädigen könnte. Wie zu erwarten wurde diese Anfrage nicht beantwortet. Als Welcome-Geschenk bekamen wir Putzutensilien!? wie wenn wir das zu Hause nicht kennen würden. Für diesen Preis hätte man auch Spezialitäten aus der Toskana erwarten können... Das Haus ist sicher sehr schön im Sommer, im Herbst fehlt die Abendsonne auf der Terrasse, Balkon, Garten etc. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist eine Kiesstrasse welche wirklich in einem desolaten Zustand ist. Wir würden dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen. Höchstens im Sommer nach einer umfassenden Strassensanierung empfehlenswert:)
