“Väldigt fina rum. Hade lite problem med att komma in men det löstes väldigt snabbt och smidigt av ansvariga på plats. Platsen låg väldigt bra i Arona med promenadavstånd till bra restauranger. Rummen var lite kalla men det var en väldigt skön och varm säng så man sov fantastiskt bra.”

“Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano ”

Das Haus befindet sich mitten im engen Ortskern von Cissano und ist behutsam modernisiert, trotzdem finden sich an vielen Stellen noch Blicke auf die alte Bausubstanz. Es ist gut eingerichtet, an vielen Stellen auch mit alten Möbeln, die allerdings hier und da etwas zusammengewürfelt wirken. “I was in Verbania for three days with my daughter during her rhythmic gymnastics competition. This was a quiet and very well functioning place to stay while our short visit and stresful schedule with a long 14h day at the sports hall. The staff was extremely kind and kept good contact with us. The room was spacious and over all very clean. Only the bathroom cabinet was dusty but other than that everything was spotless and a huge plus for very well funtioning AC. The bathroom was also spacious……
