「Location is good which near the Cave Temple in a walkable distance. A bit far away from downtown but tuktuk to downtown or bus station is just only about few mins. Convenience for sightvisit to Sigiriya. Room is clean and comfortable. Bugs and insects can be found but not a big deal as its a countryside. Staffs are super nice and helpful.
