“This was a one night stopover for an early 7am flight out of Limon. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room had a balcony with a water view. Shower was good and hot and bed was comfortable. Even made up fruit and juice as we left before breakfast. Recommended. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Buena vista al mar para desayunar muy lindo. Muy tranquilo para descansar, desayuno 9/10, a 20 min de puerto viejo, está a la par de Cahuita. Piscina increíble, cuarto lindisimo y limpio. Debes manejarte si o si en carro.”

“Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise……

“The hotel is beautiful and Roberta and Ivo are extreamly wellcomming and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of fruit, toast, jam, cake and an egg dish, coffee, tea, orange juice and water. Coffee, tea and water and little very tasty bananas as a snack you can have all day. The rooms are spacious and really beautiful. In your room you can prepare your espresso. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is very nice as well, but we didn't have much time for it. We would absolutely recommend the……

“The hotel is on the beach, open your patio door and you have a view of the ocean beyond the garden. The sound of the waves lull you sleep. The hotel is surrounded by gorgeous tropical flora, coconuts & palms. It’s also close to all amenities. Several upscale restaurants, artisan bakeries & shops as well as delicious street vendors. I extended my stay because there’s so much more to do here than I initially anticipated. The hotel staff are helpful & accommodating 10/10”
