“Perfect for a short stay in Varadero within walking distance of the beach and a selection of restaurants. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was well-equipped and there was wifi available (unusual for most of Cuba). Plus the friendly host's excellent breakfast was a good start to each day.”

“Het verblijf ligt veilig gelegen en was heel erg netjes en schoon met prima douche en toilet gelegenheid. Twee twee persoons bedden en een keukenblok met koelkast. De host Daisy is top en spreek heel goed Engels. Het ontbijt was eerste klas. Het verblijf ligt 8 kilometer van het Varadero Vliegveld. Fijne restaurantjes in de omgeving waar je lekker kunt eten. ”

“We had a lovely time staying with Isis. Her and her husband are truly lovely people. Their home was immaculately clean, they were friendly and welcoming without being overbearing, and the location was excellent. We were able to enjoy the beach which is only a block away and felt safe in the area even at night. The location is close to town and great restaurants. We had everything we needed in the home and Isis was always ready to give you whatever you needed. They were so sweet. It felt like you……

“Ileana et Ray sont des hôtes charmants, serviables et hospitaliers. L'appartement était propre et confortable, à part quelques bruits de la route et des voisins, principalement parce que les fenêtres n'ont pas de vitres, juste des volets, ce qui n'est pas inhabituel pour les propriétés de la région. Ils étaient heureux de partager leur connexion Wi-Fi à chaque demande, gratuitement, même si Internet ne fonctionnait pas toujours - ce n'était pas de leur faute !”

“The service is not good for us because when we book in Hotel.com they mention included breakfast, however the 1st when we check in they didn't know English is not suitable for the tourists and then they said not included breakfast is the 2nd thing we think very bad experience. And then some guys said if need to complain not complain to them, this should be done by ourselves..... I will not recommend reserve this hotel in this city.”

“Mara is a wonderful host! It was such a pleasure staying at this location A few things to keep in mind: - There's no wifi at the residence but you can purchase a cheap wifi card from a store close to the park in Santa Marta. You'll have to ask around to find out where to purchase it and where your devices will get reception - Mara doesn't cook breakfast for visitors but there are stalls and restaurants close to the residence that you can purchase food from - The electricity does go out……

“Juni es una persona maravillosa que estuvo pendiente de nosotras y de ayudarnos en todo momento. El alojamiento maravilloso, no tan lejos del centro de Matanzas. Un lugar MUY limpio y cuidado al detalle. Lo recomiendo y deseo volver a Matanzas para alojarme aquí y volver aa ver a Juni. Gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia una de las más agradables que recuerdo.”
