「Very very bad experience,I was already at midnight because of the delayed arrival of my flight.The hotel counter staff, even the computer system does not check, I told me that I did not make a reservation.When I provided the reservation-related information, he told me impatiently that I only had one order, but I clearly provided him with two order numbers. I was required to pay another day.I don't know which part of the problem is wrong? But I know clearly that I booked 10/12 and 10/13 for two...

「Found used condoms in my room upon checking in. When I told the receptionist, she asked me "why I was making her life harder" and that "mistakes happen". They did offer to move me into smaller rooms but eventually just took out the trash with the used condoms inside and said that's all they could do. They also did not honor the free airport transfer. Genuinely a terrible experience, I cannot in good conscious recommend anyone stay here.」

「Very convenient location in the city centre. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with large bed, good air conditioning, powerful shower. Amazing breakfast in the morning. The only downside was the roof top pool being unavailable.」

「It was not that breakfast not included, but the restaurant was available. This was not the case. No facilities on offer. Quite a few disgruntled guests. All can say is handy for the beach」

「I booked it partly because it said airport transfer was included, but I never got a reply from them even though I wrote three times. The wifi did not work in my room, only in the lobby. The shower door was falling off the wall and the shower was full of mold. You can hear everything in the room when people are walking by, as the windows are out to the hallway.」

「This was my second stay recently. Itbis really value for money. The facilities are very good and the staff is helpful and friendly. Although I speak Portuguese, English is spoken and understood the breakfast is generous and the restaurant has a very good menu for other meals. I highly recommend the Hotel Terminus.」
