Bright and spacious, the living room features comfortable sofas, including a sofa bed and a TV, the perfect place to relax after a tiring day.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. You can access the shared backyard through the kitchen, already furnished with a seating area to lounge and have a BBQ night.
There is also a large dining room where you can eat meals or host a family dinner. Alternatively, an entertainment room is equipped with a pool table and a bar, where you can entertain yourself.
The two bedrooms in the house come with double beds with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
Feel free to swim in the large shared swimming pool on hot days.

NOTE: This house is divided into three autonomous houses. Each house has two bedrooms and common areas, such as the outdoor pool, the barbecue site, and the garage.
Guests will have access to the entire home!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
