“The host was very helpful and friendly. the apartment is modern, clean and well equipped. the ski lift was 15 minutes away by car. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Skilift war 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.”

“Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay……

“THE VIEW IS AMAZING, THE ROOM IS BIG WITH A NICE DECK TO ENJOY NATURE AND THE SUN RAISING. IT'S FAMILY OPERATED HOTEL AND THEY ARE FANTASTIC PEOPLE. MY WIFE AND I LOVED IT ALL! WE REALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.”

“Wir hatten viel Spaß. Wir hatten eine saubere, geräumige Wohnung, es war ruhig und die Aussicht war wunderschön. Das einzig Negative war, dass die Schlafzimmer nur ein winziges Fenster hatten und es wenig Luft gab, es war nachts heiß.”

“Ich war mit meinen beiden Söhnen für eine Woche zum Skifahren in Matrei, und die Ferienwohnung im Haus Sonnenhang war die perfekte Unterkunft für uns. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend; die Ferienwohnung war schön groß, verfügte über zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten (z.B. Sodamacher); es gibt ein sehr schönes Bad mit Fußbodenheizung; man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Dorf und die Berge; man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell an der Seilbahn; es gab eine sehr gute Unterstellmöglichkeit für……

“I guess house is nicely situated so you have access to three major ski areas of Kitzbuhel. At First it being away from the town center I was apprehensive but found this to be so much easier with time management and less stressful than actually staying in the town of Kitzbuhel. It is run by three generations of a family. the dining within the guest house is first class, and has some of the best food you’re going to find in the area. people come from all around every night the dining room is full……
