「We had a comfortable three-week stay here. The host was incredibly prompt and responsive, and they took care of the couple of minor issues we had at check-in so quickly. We really appreciated how easy they were to communicate with throughout our stay. The bed was soft and comfortable, and there was plenty of storage for a longer stay, which we really appreciated. We appreciated the elevator. The location was also great for us—we loved being close to Charlotte and downtown Matthews. Also the pool...

8/10 不錯
"I moved my room after check-in. Because the room I had originally was next to a hotel ventilation facility which made some low frequency noise. The hotel receptionist was very helpful to change my room."
