"We had a comfortable three-week stay here. The host was incredibly prompt and responsive, and they took care of the couple of minor issues we had at check-in so quickly. We really appreciated how easy they were to communicate with throughout our stay. The bed was soft and comfortable, and there was plenty of storage for a longer stay, which we really appreciated. We appreciated the elevator. The location was also great for us—we loved being close to Charlotte and downtown Matthews. Also the pool...
