Welcome to your dream rental on the Peconic Bay in Mattituck, NY! This stunning bayfront property offers luxury and comfort with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Enjoy breathtaking waterfront views and mesmerizing sunsets from the south-facing property. Nestled in a serene private beachfront community, it's close to the vibrant Strong's Marina, Love Lane, vineyards, and tennis courts.

After a day on the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower, then take out one of the two included kayaks to explore the bay. Later, head into nearby Southold or Greenport for a delicious dinner, and enjoy Greenport’s charming nightlife scene.

Available for the last 2 consecutive weeks in August—don’t miss your perfect summer escape!
