Maudlam Hotel with Pool

"Booked an upgraded room and was given the disabled room. Asked to have a different room but they would not swap me. Hotel restaurant is beautiful presented and the food in Blok was superb. Staff in the spa were quite rude and did not provide me with a towel, suggesting I use a room towel?"

"Hot tub could be a bit bigger, was only really room for 3 people without being crammed. The one in reading is huge and has loads of room "

"Our stay was excellent value for money. Breakfast was lovely, clean room etc, kettle and teas provided. Staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Minor thing was that the halls could do with a lick of paint but the rooms themselves, and the bar etc was nice. "
