“Very nice Hotel, only stayed overnight, very convenient for The New Theatre. Had a meal in the restaurant, food was very good and service too. Didn't use any of the Spa or Leisure facilities. Only complaint was that it was very noisy through the early hours of the morning with people back and fore and doors banging but this wouldn't put me off staying here again.”

“Hotel was nice however we're both wheelchair users and asked for an accessible room. We were told we were booked into one but it had a bath. There were no grabs by the toilet. The toilet was really low and could not shut the bathroom door if inside. How tge staff were really nice and helpful and we managed to move as to a fully accessible bedroom with wet room and grab rails 😁”
