The friendliest hotel I have stayed in, ever. The staff were delightful - hospitable, kind, engaging and very efficient. The hotel fully lives up to its globally iconic location in one of England's most beautiful cities, steeped in history and culture. It was amazing that such a 'top-end' hotel is dog friendly too... We felt very special during our stay and would love to return. Worth every penny...!

Great hotel great position

Lovely hotel in the best area of bath. Staff were friendly rooms and spa very clean. Limited parking for anyone driving to hotel but valet person was very helpful and accommodating. If we return to bath we would not hesitate to book again
