「The staff are a Great team, they made our stay very enjoyable. I have always wanted to stay there ever since I was a young boy . My wife and I will go back again. If all Hotels had staff so nice every one would have no complaints . David and the receptionist staff brilliant and the lady in charge of the restaurant and breakfast room all staff First class .」

「Rooms are quite spacious. Staff very helpful. Had an issue with room which was immediately looked into. When it was clear resolution would not be achieved, we were immediately offered a new room. 」

「Had a lovely stay at the vale resort on 28 march. Made use of the spa and had a 2 hour walk around the grounds,lake and castle after a lovely breakfast . Well recommended for a break away」
