"We had a very amazing stay, it’s a very calm ,quiet area that makes it enjoyable for relaxation, we had a view of the ocean and about a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach , there’s lots of shops and eating places within a 5 min drive which made it very convenient, would 10/10 recommend. "

"*Convenient location - Approx. 3 mins walk to beach but we preferred beaches in West Maui where the water is clear/blue/waves for surfing. However great for a morning/evening walk, can watch sunset, walkable to food trucks, restaurants, pharmacy etc.

*Concierge service is there for showers/washroom after check out if your flight is in the evening or night which we have utilized "

"This was a fantastic experience from initial inquiry to post checkout. Chris was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole time answering any questions or responding to any requests I had.The property itself was exactly as represented in the photos. Very clean, lots of amenities and very spacious. It was the perfect place for our family of 12. We rented the casita as well which was great for my wife and I with our 1.5yr old son so he could go to sleep earlier and away from the common (more noisy) areas in the main house. It was also still within range for our baby monitor. The walk to the beach from the house was literally about 1 minute. Enjoyed watching the sunsets almost every night. Just all around a great location and property. Would absolutely stay here again if we visit Maui again. Thank you Chris!!"

"We loved our stay in Kihei at Joe's condo. He was very eager and willing to make our stay a happy one. The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable. The views speak for itself. In fact, we looked forward to breakfast on the lanai each morning and amazing sunsets each night. It was a truly spectacular condo!"
"Beautiful property with lots of room. Good location close to town. The beach is calm in the morning but not accessible in the evenings due to high tides pushing up against the shore. Unbelievable sunsets. Great pool and good appliances throughout. Kitchen very well supplied. We had some issues with WiFi but owner and property manager did their best to fix. Great big lawn for 5 grandsons to play sunset baseball. Turtles on the beach to the left before 7 am and saw 6 at 10pm. "
"It was a wonderful property for our family of 6 to share-The lanaii views of the water and sunsets are amazing-The kitchen was spacious -accomodated all of nicely for cook-outs from the grills on the grounds.Totally enjoyed our beach walks from the property -pool and sauna nice -and the atmosphere is very family oriented.Highly recommend!"
